OUR INSULATED CONSERVATORY CEILING PROCESS - STEP BY STEP

STEP 1 - FIRST FIX OF BATTEN

BESPOKE TIMBER FRAME WILL BE INSTALLED TO YOUR EXISTING CONSERVATORY ROOF STRUCTURE AND SECURED IN PLACE WITH THE HIGHEST QUALITY FIXINGS.

STEP 2 - INSTALLING THE INSULATION

OUR 19 LAYER SUPER QUILT INSTALLATION IS THEN CUT PERFECTLY TO SIZE FOR EACH SECTION OF THE ROOF. THIS SUPER QUILT HAS BEEN PURPOSELY DESIGNED FOR USE IN THE APPLICATION.

 
STEP 3 - SECOND FIX OF BATTEN

A SECOND TIMBER FRAME IS THEN BESPOKE CUT AND FIXED THROUGH THE SUPER QUILT TO THE ORIGINAL TIMBER FRAME, CLAMPING THE SUPER QUILT SECURELY IN PLACE CREATING A PERFECT FIXING POINT FOR THE FINAL STAGE DEEPLAS HOLLOW SOFFIT CLADDING.

STEP 4 - INSTALLATION OF CLADDING/PLASTER

DEEPLAS UPVC HOLLOW SOFFIT CLADDING WILL NOW BE CUT IN INDIVIDUAL LENGTHS FOR EACH SECTION OF YOUR CONSERVATORY ROOF AND SECURED IN PLACE. WHEN THIS HAS BEEN DONE, ALL JOINTS WILL BE TRIMMED AND SEALED.
